ALLOCUTION DE SON EXCELLENCE MONSIEUR FÉLIX-ANTOINE TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, PRÉSIDENT DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE DÉMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO, CHEF DE L’ÉTAT, À L’OCCASION DU DISCOURS SUR L’ÉTAT DE LA NATION, DEVANT LE PARLEMENT RÉUNI EN CONGRÈS À KINSHASA

Kinshasa, République Démocratique du Congo – Le 13 décembre 2019, le Président Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a prononcé son discours sur l’état de la Nation devant le Parlement réuni en congrès, marquant une étape cruciale pour l’avenir du pays. Ce discours, le premier du genre pour le nouveau chef d’État, a abordé les défis et les opportunités qui se présentent à la RDC.

Le Président Tshisekedi a d’abord rendu grâce à Dieu et salué la démocratie congolaise, soulignant l’importance de cette première rencontre avec les élus après les élections du 30 décembre 2018. Il a mis l’accent sur l’unité, l’amour et le travail collectif pour la réussite du pays.

Le discours a couvert un large éventail de sujets essentiels à la vie de la nation. En matière de paix et de sécurité, le Président a réaffirmé son engagement à ramener la stabilité sur l’ensemble du territoire, condition sine qua non pour le développement.

Sur le plan économique et budgétaire, le chef de l’État a détaillé les orientations visant à améliorer la situation macroéconomique du pays, à maîtriser l’inflation et à promouvoir la croissance. Il a également insisté sur une gouvernance plus transparente et le renforcement des institutions démocratiques.

Les questions sociales ont occupé une place importante dans le discours, avec des engagements concrets en faveur de l’éducation, de la lutte contre le chômage des jeunes, et de la réduction de la pauvreté. Le Président a également abordé le développement des infrastructures, notamment la construction et la réhabilitation des routes, des ports et des infrastructures énergétiques, indispensables pour désenclaver les régions et stimuler l’économie.

Les secteurs clés de l’économie, comme les mines et l’agriculture, ont été mis en avant, avec des projets visant à optimiser leur contribution au développement national. Enfin, le Président Tshisekedi a réaffirmé la volonté de la RDC de jouer un rôle actif sur la scène internationale, renforçant la diplomatie et les relations avec les partenaires traditionnels.

En clôturant son allocution, le Président a exprimé sa confiance en l’avenir, affirmant que la RDC était sur la bonne voie grâce aux mesures prises et à la reprise de la collaboration avec les partenaires internationaux, annonçant l’arrivée massive d’investissements étrangers. Il a conclu par un message d’espoir, invitant le peuple congolais à travailler ensemble pour la grandeur du pays.
